Introduction

New scientific research reveals that our planet Earth was impacted by a massive comet 252 million years ago. This impact event set in motion the geodynamic process that is responsible for Pangaea’s breakup and separation. This new research will change our understanding of how and why our Planet Earth came to be as it is today.

 

The comets impact site was discovered by precisely reversing the Earth’s ocean basin growth patterns as are displayed on this peer-reviewed world map.  This reversal process leads back to the Earth of Pangaea’s time.  An Earth that was quite different from the way the planet is today.

The above map was created using objective paleomagnetic data obtained by measuring the changing polarity of the Earth’s ocean basin crust caused by the North-South pole reversals over time. 

 

Please watch as these nine Earth models regress 252 million years back in time to the authentic super-continent of Pangaea and then return to our present day world.  These new time-lapse models were obtained by precisely reversing the ocean basin growth patterns as shown on the above map.  These new Pangaea Earth models are substantially different from the Pangaea model proposed by Plate Tectonics Theory.

The above time-lapse models disclose that the supercontinent of Pangaea was actually a hemispheric land mass covering 55% of the Earth’s surface with the remaining 45% covered by a circular ocean basin.  Please note that the continents’ shapes, sizes and relative positions remain constant throughout the ocean basin reversal process. 

  

This new Pangaea model reveals a hemispheric ocean basin surrounded by the fractured fault lines of the now circular Ring of Fire which becomes Pangaea’s outer margin.

The opposing cracked continental land mass of Pangaea and the hemispheric ocean basin are conspicuous for they indicate that our planet was struck by a massive comet.  The ocean basin is the impact site.  The remaining land mass of Pangaea was fractured by the shock waves traveling through the Earth’s inner fluid composition.

Comets of this nature are classified as Centaurs due to their size and are known to inhabit the Kuiper Belt as does Pluto.  Astrophysicists report that these massive objects upon having their orbits perturbed by the gravity of the outer planets or by collisions within their orbits can and have traversed the inner solar system and collided with planets.  The Borealis Basin covering 40% of Mars is believed to have been caused by an impact of one of these Centaur Class objects, an object the size of Pluto.  Research also indicates that many of these Centaur Class objects are composed mostly of water ice.

The above models indicate that 252 million years ago a Centaur comet’s impact broke up Pangaea and produced the Permian Mass Extinction event.  This Centaur Class comet was so large it penetrated the Earth’s crust and deposited its mostly water ice composition within the malleable mantel and fluid layers of the inner Earth.

This massive introduction of water into the inner Earth produced a catalytic thermodynamic process which has gradually reduced the density of the Earth’s subsurface materials.

 

As the Earth’s density is reduced by this process its volume increases.  This process has resulted in a 16.6 % increase in the Earth’s diameter since the comet’s impact.

The continental movements, earthquakes and mountain range formation are the result of the planet’s surface crust adjusting to the Earth’s increasing spherical plane.

The ocean basin expansion ridges are being pulled apart and filled with new crust material from below as the Earth’s volume increases.

The current Plate Tectonics theory infers that because the Earth’s mass, gravity and orbit have remained stable for billions of years that the Earth’s size must must be stable as well.  However, this stable-sized Earth premise is false for changes in the Earth’s density were not taken into account.  The change in the Earth’s density and thereby its volume would not affect its mass, overall gravity or orbit.

 

The notion of subduction was invented to maintain this mistaken stable-sized Earth premise.  It was believed that on a stable-sized Earth if new crust is being formed at the expansion ridges then older crust must be being subducted and consumed elsewhere.  However subduction, notwithstanding the considerable work done in this area, is a fallacy for its basic mechanics do not work.

 

Watch as this time-lapse three-dimensional model displays how subduction would work if it were taking place.

Note that folds and buckles must form at the transitional ends of the subduction zone as the green continental crust moves over the blue ocean basin crust.  This perspective is not shown in the traditional cross-section models of subduction. 

 

These folds and buckles are not evident on Earth topographical maps at the ends of the proposed subduction zones, therefore subduction as described in Plate Tectonics Theory cannot be taking place.

In addition, the paleomagnetic world map clearly shows that the Earth’s ocean basin crust has all formed in the last 280 million years.  The massive continental movements and subduction that would be required to completely recycle and renew all of the ocean basin crust material in the last 280 million years are not supported by Earth topographical maps. The maps above show the actual growth of the ocean basins and the distance the continents have actually moved.  Simply put, the math does not support subduction.

 

Given the above flaws in Plate Tectonics Theory and additional flaws as detailed in the on-site article The Seven Enigmas of Plate Tectonics, the theory becomes unworkable.

 

For those that would argue against these findings I offer a simple challenge: demonstrate in three dimensions how subduction would work on the Earth’s continuous cooled spherical surface leaving no trace of folds and buckles behind.  Perhaps you will also be able to explain how this subduction process is capable of perfectly eradicating all of the ocean basin crust that according to Plate Tectonics Theory must have existed prior to the oldest (280 my) ocean basin crust we now have.
